Corned Beef Stir-Fry

  1. In a bowl, whisk 4 tablespoons oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt until sugar is dissolved; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, saute the cabbage, carrots and onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in vinegar-oil mixture and corned beef. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.

This was excellent! I halved the sugar after reading the reviews and next time I will probably cut back on the oil too but all and all this was a great recipe and one I enjoyed very much. Thanks!

i am on the south beach diet and i could live off of this meal! absolutely delicious!!!! i hope i dont eat it so much that i get tired of it!!!!

It was good, but perhaps a little on the sweet side for us. I would try halving the sugar next time.
