we made this dip this weekend when we realized we had nothing else. I used what i had on hand, fresh minced parsley and fresh minced green onion and i thought it was pretty good. I did think it was a bit salty so next time I'll reduce the amount of salt. I must say everyone enjoyed it and by the end of the night all the dip and veggies were history.
