  1. Place 1/2 cup flour in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Place the almonds in a third bowl. Coat chicken with flour, then dip in eggs and roll in almonds. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken in 2 tablespoons butter on both sides until juices run clear, about 10 minutes. Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, saute the onion in remaining butter until tender. Stir in poultry seasoning and remaining flour until blended. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the orange marmalade, orange juice and peel, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken. Serve with rice if desired.

I was skeptical at first (especially as I was boiling the milk), but this turned out to be excellent. Some tips: Make sure you have enough butter when you flip the chicken, or the almonds burn. ...

I don't like being the first to rate, but after trying this I had to do it. I don't like sweet on my meat usually, but this was AWESOME! I did not have rice, and had to have something for the wo...

This recipe is delicious. The sauce has a nice smooth sweetness to it. Very tasty. Next time I will try doing the chicken in the oven for a healthier choice.

This was not simple to make at all, and I don't think I will try this one again since overall the taste of the dish was just underwhelming. The sauce turned out SUPER lumpy, and all the almond c...
