Baked Garlic Chicken

  1. In a large shallow glass dish, combine the first seven ingredients. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Place cracker crumbs in a shallow bowl; roll chicken in crumbs until coated. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Combine butter and oil; pour over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

This recipe did not turn out as expected. The taste was interesting but I thought the chicken was dry. The coating was soggy and unappealing and never did get crispy.

I thought this was a really great dish, Something different to do with chicken.

Easy to make and lots of flavor!

I left out the celery salt. My family thinks it's okay but I love it.
