Ham Salad Spread

Rated as 4.68 out of 5 Stars

"My family has enjoyed this hearty ham salad spread for years. It came to be an unexpected leftover every time we had ham for a special dinner. Recently, I decided to measure the ingredients, write down the recipe and pass it on to my daughter and daughter-in-law. They encouraged me to share it with Reminisce readers. -Marcella Kulp, Quakertown, Pennsylvania"

This recipe is very good thank you for sharing!! I prefer to use a spicy dijon mustard and add some jalapenos. Kicks it up a bit.... **yummy**

My husband LOVES this recipe! It is so easy! I just toss the ham in the food processor and then add onion and egg. We go a little heavier on the sweet relish cause we love the sweeter taste. ...

Instead of sweet relish, I used garlic dill pickles. I also used dijon instead of regular yellow mustard only because that's what Grandma did. I'm not sure if I used the full amount of mayonnais...

I followed the recipe as publish but then I spread it on bread, added American Cheese and placed it in the oven (wrapped in foil) on 350 for about 20 minutes. Just until warm and there is a slig...

This was wonderful Marcella! The egg addition is what helped to make this a bit different from the rest. Loved it so much that I even ate it for breakfast. Thanks so much!

I made this yesterday with some leftover ham. I followed the recipe except I used Grey Poupon's Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard. I just finished my sandwich I brought to work and it is delicious. ...
