Cheesy Meatball Soup

Rated as 4.53 out of 5 Stars

"With meat, potatoes and other vegetables, this rich-tasting soup is really a meal in one. Process cheese sauce makes it taste like a cheeseburger. I serve this soup with a nice crusty loaf of French bread. - Ione Sander, Carlton, Minnesota"

I make this recipe in the slow cooker so everything is ready when I get home from work. I just add the Cheese Whiz and bake the bread and dinner is on the table. easy and delicious.

My teens loved this! I did a couple of time-saver variations - and it only took me 20 minutes to prepare. 1) I used frozen cubed & peeled potatoes that I could just throw in the pot to thaw. 2...

I have been making this soup for over 30 years--definetly a family favorite. I use ground round or ground sirloin instead of ground beef, and use seasoned bread crumbs, and I add a tsp. of taba...

Very good soup although my meatballs didn't hold their shape for some reason. I think my mixture was too wet. Next time I don't think I'll bother with making meatballs, I'll just brown the groun...

Really tasty. Needs some salt and pepper. Would definitely season the meatballs with garlic and some salt next time and make as small as possible. Also added a lot more cheese than suggested.

Great recipe for a cold rainy day! I doubled the recipe (feeding 5 boys)and made a few changes. First, I used half the recommended corn and cheese sause. I omited the boullion and salt and ad...
