  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil; drain. Place chops in a slow cooker. Add the onion, green pepper and mushrooms. In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and salt. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with rice if desired.

I absolutely loved this meal. The pork chops were extremely tender and the juices from the veggies were delightful. I will definitely be making this again and again and again.

This dinner was okay, but lacked pizazz. If I make it again I will add some extra spices while cooking and thicken up the juices to make more of a gravy before serving over the rice.
