Spinach Salad with Oranges

"The tangy dressing for this refreshing salad has the right sweet-tart balance to suit my taste--and others who try it agree! Orange sections are a pretty contrast to the greens, and the bacon adds a crisp accent. --Kathy Schrecengost Oswego, New York"

This is an excellent salad. I first sampled it at my friend's sushi party, and everyone there including myself raved about it. If you need a salad for your guests to love......choose this!!! ...

I liked it except it tasted too oniony. I think 2 tablespoon chopped onion is a bit too much. i will make it next time without any onions.

I prepared this salad according to the recipe. The dressing and salad ingredients balance perfectly. A keeper.

hubby loves the dressing, I just used spinnach the oranges, crasins and whatever else I had on hand and mixed in the dressing. I halved the oil.

This was served to a group of teenagers and they ALL were surprized and ate it all up!! I used fresh orange segments and cut back on the sugar just a little. Don't be afraid to substitute rais...
