Garlic Carrots

Rated as 4.46 out of 5 Stars

"While the chops bake, Chris speeds nicely seasoned Garlic Carrots to her skillet. She uses bite-sized carrots that don't need to be cut or peeled and keeps a jar of prepared minced garlic on hand to save on prep and cleanup time."

Not bad, for a quick side dish. I gave this a try for something other than traditional "sweet or glazed" carrots. I love garlic and thought this was pretty good. My husband still prefers his ...

These were ok. Not my favorite recipe for carrots though. I think they would have been better with butter instead of oil.

I was surprised at how good these were. I followed the recipe as directed, only I halved it and used petite carrots (which seemed to be the perfect size). I don't use thyme very much, but when I...

This seemed like there weren't enough ingredients to be good, but was I ever wrong. Great flavor and a wonderful change from candied carrots! We had them with BBQ ribs so I wanted something that...
