  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine eggs, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat just until mixture comes to a boil. Cool to room temperature, stirring several times. Fold in the whipped cream. Serve over fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.

This dressing is delicious. I double-checked the recipe on the toh website to clarify that "lemonade concentrate" is frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed.

This was actually pretty good, but I used strawberry lemonade (countrytime) powder instead of the lemonade concentrate. Came out pretty well as long as you don't put too much sugar in.
