Lemon Yogurt Muffins

I made these today and love them! I didn't do the topping because I didn't feel we needed the extra sugar for breakfasts and glad I didn't! They are perfect for our taste, not too sweet, the lemon flavour is there without being overpowering and they are moist with a bit of crunch on top! Next time to compensate for not making the glaze I might add a bit more lemon zest. Love this recipe and look forward to trying it with orange also ~ you could put a few chocolate chips in these and call them cupcakes they are that light!
