These are so good!! I like my pizza thin and crispy so this little recipe really appealed to me. Before adding the toppings, I brushed the pita with evoo and placed it in the oven for a bit to crisp up. Made a great lunch for us Jeannette and thank you! Read More

These are always great for a quick lunch - perfect with a side salad! I pre-bake the pita and I had some left over "Exquisite Pizza Sauce" from this site, so I used that. To lighten it up I used low fat mozarella cheese and turkey pepperoni. Read More

I always keep a bag of wholewheat pita breads in the freezer for emergency dinners that I know the kids will eat. These are great with Kalamata olives...a must for any pizza. Read More

This is a great idea!! I needed a QUICK meal the last week of school and this worked great! The kids love the "personal" size and they can put whatever they want on it - I love not making dough!! I sprayed each pita on both sides with cooking spray and put them in the oven to crisp before topping...we used mini pepperoni, veggies and lots of cheese. This will definitely be a staple in our house!! Read More

My husband and I like very different toppings on our pizzas- these were perfect- he said it was his favorite crust ever. So easy, very good and can be lite- i put very little cheese and lots of veggies on mine- he put lots of cheese and pepperoni on his. Versitile and good. I didn't prebake the pita as others- just top and bake- couldn't be easier! Read More
