Lightly Scrambled Eggs

We really liked this. I used fat free sour cream, fat free half-n-half, Kraft 2% sharp cheddar and I omitted the food coloring. I did add in some sauteed vegetables like chopped red pepper, onion, garlic and mushrooms. I made breakfast burritos out of them with warm Flat-Out wraps and homemade salsa. We ate every bite. Very good.
