Lightly Scrambled Eggs

Interesting way to do scrambled eggs - I cut the recipe in half and used 4 eggs (no egg whites) and forget the food coloring. I added a little garlic powder along with the salt and pepper. The cheese melted nicely and this was a really great breakfast for me and my husband to have with some whole grain toast and fresh fruit.
