Blueberry Pinwheels

These were really good! I used 12oz evaporated milk minus 4T, bread flour, orange zest, frozen blueberries and a cream cheese frosting. I made these as directed, but after cutting (with dental floss), I put them into glass baking dishes and stored them in the fridge overnight. The next morning, I pulled them out of the fridge as I was preheating the oven and baked at 375 for 23 minutes. They were a great alternative to cinnamon rolls and will be a Christmas morning tradition in our house from now on!
