  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; fold in the chocolate chips and raisins. Fill center of apples with peanut butter mixture; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into 1/4-in. rings.

I filled cored apples as directed. My girls thought this was really fun, but the juice from the apples made the peanut butter want to fall out. So, the second time, I just mixed the peanut but...

The filling goes deliciously with the apples, but it kept falling out. I think it would be a better idea to use the filling as a fruit and veggie dip. Celery would be wonderful with this.

It tasted great but it made a mess and was very sticky. Hold the raisins.
