White Chocolate Pumpkin Dreams

These are fabulous cookies! Very sweet, moist & cakey. I did have to cook mine for quite a bit longer (about 17 minutes total) because they were stll pretty doughy in the center & they weren't all that big, only about 2 1/2 inches across. They don't spread very much so you can get more than a dozen on a cookie sheet. I didn't have a full cup of pecans & I purposely decreased the chips... a whole pkg would be wayyy to sweet, I think. I only used about 2/3 of a pkg. I liked the ones that had a thin drizzle of frosting the best....a little goes a long way. Thanks for a wonderful cookie recipe for fall, Jean Kleckner!
