I made some changes due to what I had on hand. I used shredded swiss cheese inplace of the process cheese. Also I did not have a 1 qt dish so I used 4 1/2 cup ramekin dishes (sprayed with Pam). ...

Delicious!!! It was really yummy...sure didn't taste like vegetable. Everyone had seconds. I think it would be great even without the amount of butter called for - I think I'll just use 1-2 Tbsp...

Loved it. Very simple and super tasty. I couldn't find block processed cheese so I used sliced processed cheese (about 6 slices) and just ripped them up. I will definitely be cooking this again....

I used Parmesan cheese instead of velveeta, 1/2 cup onion and and added about another 3/4 cups of bread crumbs into the mixture before pouring it. Gives it a very nice casserole texture.

I cut way back on the butter for the bread crumb mix as one reviewer suggested, but it was still too buttery. Other than that, fantastic! We'll be eating spinach much more regularly!

My family usually does not like cooked spinach dishes, but I love them. I tried this, and everyone wanted second helpings. My husband said, "This is not bad for spinach", which is saying a lot...

Instead of using Velveeta, I made my own cheddar cheese sauce with butter, flour, salt & pepper, mik and shredded cheddar cheese.

It was amazing...I substituted the bread crumbs with fetos after it was good and gives it a crunch.

This was very good and easy to make. My husband even told me it was a keeper.
