  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the marmalade, orange juice, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in walnuts. Pour into three greased 5-3/4-in. x 3-in. x 2-in. loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

I thought these were a great way to use up some of the marmalade I've had sitting around after I made lots of it, I used almonds in mine and although I personally don't like marmalade everyone e...

The people who ate this said they liked it, but I thought it was kind of bitter. Brand new bottle of oil, so that wasn't it. I'm thinking 1 T of baking powder is an awful lot and might explain...

These were great Christmas gifts for work! And so easy to make.
