Creamed Turkey with Bow Ties

Rated as 3.94 out of 5 Stars

"'I created this dish for a church supper one night when I didn't have a lot on hand in my fridge or pantry,' writes Cindy Evans from Sedalia, Missouri. 'I was a hit! Now, I fix it often for my large family. You could also used cooked chicken in place of the turkey.'"

Followed this recipe to a "t" and didn't quite care for it. I felt it was far too dry and it doesn't keep well in the refrigerator for leftovers.

I couldn't decide whether to rate this a 2 or 3. I chose the 3 because the recipe is edible and isn't disgusting by no means, but it lacks any taste whatsoever. I think the celery added the most...

Great recipe! I added a couple tablespoons of flour, chopped carrots, and galic powder. Served over mashed potatoes. Surely a keeper!

This was a good "on hand" recipe. I used egg noodles, cream of celery and added cooked carrots instead of mushrooms. It turned out great. Add your own thing. Thanks!

My family liked it, but there has got to be a way to cut down on that sodium. Over a 1/3 of your daily max in one serving?
