  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds; set aside. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. stir in the rice, tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and pepper. Spoon into peppers.
  2. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish; pour broth around the peppers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until heated through.

Didn't seem very flavorful. Next time I will add more onions, garlic and seasonings .My guests liked them, but I had to add extra salt and pepper in order to finish them
