Peachy Avocado Salsa

  1. In a bowl, combine the peaches, avocado and lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients; lightly toss just until combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, fish or chicken.


  • When cutting or seeding hot peppers, use rubber or plastic gloves to protect your hands. Avoid touching your face.

I made this for a peach themed summer picnic and it was probably one of the favorites of the night. I personally prefer a little more zip so I would add more jalapenos though.

Yum! Very good - guest loved this as an alternative to the more traditional mango salsa. Peaches are easier to find in the market all year long and less expensive.

Wonderful! My son has an intolerance to tomato salsa and this a great alternative. Definitely sweeter; but that is what makes it unique. I did not put the diced tomatoes in it or the jalapenos. ...

Y*U*M*!!! I just made this for the second time. It rarely makes it into the fridge for those 30 minutes because I could almost eat the whole bowl! The only suggestion I would make is to use FRES...
