Wild Rice Turkey Dish

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Stir in the turkey, soup, water chestnuts, water, onion and soy sauce. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  2. Uncover. Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly and golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

This was very tasty and very easy! I didn't have any cream of chicken soup so I used a can of chicken gravy instead. I also topped it with some shredded cheddar cheese mixed in with the butter...

Left out the water chestnuts, added frozen brocoli...really good!

4.5 stars... it was great meal after I had some left over urkey from a holiday meal. I would have used only 2 tbls of soy not three... I would make this again :)
