Amish Breakfast Casserole

This was okay but very heavy. I made it with sausage crumbles instead of bacon. I felt uncomfortable the rest of the day from how full and heavy this was. I make an egg bake with crescent dough as the crust that I got from the owners of a B&B in Michigan. It's much better than this -- light and just right for breakfast on a Sunday morning. I'll stick to that one.
