  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, basil and salt; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Stir in the cheese; heat through.


  • Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals 188 calories, 5 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 335 mg sodium, 28 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 7 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 starch, 1/2 fat.

Great side dish that's simple to make. I sauteed the mushrooms in two cloves of minced garlic and a splash of white wine. I also used a mix of parmesan and romano cheeses in place of the feta....

I actually found this recipe several years ago in a magazine (same submitter) and we have loved it since then! My best friend was visiting from back East and now it is one of her favorite recip...

I added a clove of garlic while cooking the mushrooms. and tossed in a half pound or so of shirmp to create a main dish. it turned out fantastic

I really liked this recipe. It's fast and easy. Like the reviewer before me, I added garlic (2 tsp. minced from a jar during the last minute of mushroom sautee). I would make it again.
