Egg Noodles

I have been making noodles like this forever, so I know this recipes is delicious. Don't forget to put some salt in your dough and before you cut your noodles, put some pepper. I repeat: BEFORE. It tastes better that way because your raw noodles will have pepper inside them while they are cooking. Also, egg noodles, are so delicious, but pretty time consuming, so make way more than you need. Freeze those bad boys so you have some ready for next time. Before you stick them into a freezer bag, let them dry. If you plan on cooking them right away, they do not need to sit out and dry.
