Onion-Chicken Stuffing Bake

- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; set aside. Place chicken in a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Combine the soup, sour cream and soup mix; spread over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with mushrooms and water chestnuts. Spread stuffing over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.

I left out the water chestnuts, mushrooms and the cheese. I used whole chicken thighs and kept it simple. My husband loves it and we're making it again tonight.
This is pretty close to the recipe on the Stove Top Stuffing box. It's pretty good, enough of my family (7 people) liked it that we'll make it again. I added 1 pkg steamed broccoli and 2 c cook...
