Yogurt-Marinated Chicken

Rated as 4.44 out of 5 Stars

"This tender marinated chicken gets its zing from chili powder and cumin. For variety, Naheed Saleem of Stanford, Connecticut sometimes adds a tablespoon of tomato paste to the marinade or replaces the chili powder with chopped green chilies. It's a surefire hit of summer cookouts."

This was ok, but I wasn't that impressed. I let it marinate for almost 2 days but i found it alittle bland..i would coat it with bread crumbs or something next time maybe.

I made this as the Recipe Exchange Group Recipe for the week of August 23rd. I had to bake this chicken in my oven instead of doing it on the grill at the last minute. I can't swear to it, but I...
