  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients; mix until blended. Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

We really liked this one!! The only thing I done diffrent was I did not add the cottage cheese.

My husband really liked this, as did my 1 year old. There was something about it I did not care for, though. Perhaps it was the cottage cheese. I prefer an eggy-er texture.

Didn't add the cottage cheese, but turned out wonderful! Yum! Used 2 small pie pans to make 2 different ones. Added mushrooms and onions to one. I used Taco cheese. It added a really good flavor!

Very good. I used sage sausage and added a bit of parsley, salt, and pepper for flavor. I didn't realize, though, that bf was hungrier than usual this morning, and we ended up eating something...

An amazing quiche! Great tasting! I used ground turkey rather than pork sausage and it was still tasty! I did add some usual seasoning like pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt.

I added a can of green chilis and baked in a pie crust. Left out the cottage cheese. It was awesome!

I made it for Christmas Brunch and everyone loved it. I even used turkey sausage meat for one and soy sausage meat for the other and they both were good!
