Original recipe yields 10 servings
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla; mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
- Spoon a third of the batter into a greased and floured 10-in. tube pan. Combine the cinnamon, nuts and remaining sugar; sprinkle a third over batter. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 350 degrees F for 65-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing form pan to a wire rack.

I only put in 1 cup of sour cream, because we didn't have anymore, so I think the way it turned out might of been effected by the lack there of. It's a pretty good cake, but not as moist as I'd...
