Raisin Bran Bread

This was a very yummy recipe and a great way to use up some of my raisin bran. I would have given 5 stars, but I was aggravated from having to count out 17 TBS. So, for those of you who have busy lives, small kids, or no patience; 17tbs.=1&1/4 c. I also did ok with having my temp. @ 102(for the water). And I only had cranberries, so replaced the raisins with those. I also added 1 tsp. of cinnamon to the dough batter. I used my bread machine for the dough, so I could sugar-cinnamon coat a loaf pan and cooked it for 35 mins. @ 375F. Turned out great and the whole family loved it !
