  1. Place beans in a steamer basket. Place in a saucepan over 1 in. of water; bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 7-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute mushrooms in oil for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain beans; add mushrooms. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Drizzle over vegetables and toss to coat.

Too much lemon juice...I had to add much more mustard to drowned out the sour taste of teh lemon. The muhsroom/bean mixture was good but the sauce was just ok.

Excellent! We used water instead of lemon juice and loved it!

This was really good but I think next time I might cut back on some of the sauce.

This is pretty good, but I found several people at my table who were put off by the vinaigrette (I personally enjoyed it..) Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is a fast and tasty way to spice up green beans during the week. My husband just loved them !!
