I thought this was really tasty. I only used 1 can of italian diced tomatoes. I did saute the green pepper and onion in olive oil & garlic before adding the dressing (I didn't use low-fat). I also added red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. I served it with whole wheat penne pasta. I'll add this to my recipe box! Thanks!
