  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until thick and slushy. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

I made this for my family while we were sick. It really hit the spot the coolness and the juices soothed our sore throats. Thanks for a great recipe.

Didn't have pineapple juice so I made an "Apricot Orange Slush" with apricot nectar and orange juice. It's a very refreshing, healthy drink but sip it quickly or use a straw and stir frequently...

As is, this was bitter. I imagine the brand of OJ would change that... but mine was rough. I had to add 1/4 cup sugar. With that addition though we all loved it. Will make again... with suga...
