  1. In a bowl, whisk the buttermilk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping and oranges. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Fold in crushed cookies.

FABULOUS recipe!! It's also good using oreo cookies or chopped snickers, milky way, or kit kat candy bars.

I used Lorna Doone shortbread / cookies in place of the fudge stripes. Extra rich and Extra delicious!!!

Excellent salad, rave reviews, I even made it completely sugar free and it still was eaten and no one knew the difference! Diabetics REJOICE!!

This is an awesome dessert-I usually use Oreo cookies instead of fudge-striped which everyone always likes. The key is to make sure the mandarin oranges are drained really well.
