This is absolutely one of our favorite fruit salads. You look and the ingredients and you think it won't be good--you'd be wrong. I make this a lot during the summer and for "Brinner" nights and it always disappears. I made it once when I had company for dinner and one of my dinner guests had THIRDS. VERY GOOD. NOTE: To keep your bananas from browning, cut them into a small bowl and toss with a teaspoon of lemon juice. It gives your salad a little kick, too!
