This is a delicious recipe - if you tweak it a bit! I originally made it exactly as it was but it had too much butter and I didn't like the sweet taste. So, I used 2 cans of tomatoes, 16oz of chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, 6 tablespoons butter and added basil and pepper to taste. Came out fabulous. I make it atleast once a week so I have it on hand for a quick lunch or an addition to dinner!!
