Spicy Kielbasa Soup

Rated as 4.42 out of 5 Stars

"Red pepper flakes bring a little zip to this hearty soup that's full of good-for-you ingredients. 'Should you have any left over, this soup is great reheated, after flavors have had time to blend,' writes Carol Custer of Clifton Park, New York. 'I like to serve steaming bowls of it with rye bread.'"

Amazing and easy soup! I live in Europe and don't know what turkey kielbasa is, so I used the real thing (spicy and porky - no pre-frying necessary). The tiny leftover portion tasted even better...

This is the best soup I have ever made and possibly the best I have ever tasted. My whole family thought they died and went to heaven. It was so easy, too. Will repeat often!

Delicious! I made it on Sunday and had it on Monday so the flavors really had time to blend. I used a pound of skinless kielbasa and 2 cans of great northern beans. I used chopped tomatoes, not ...
