  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, lightly brown garlic in oil over medium heat. drain spaghetti; add to the skillet. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

I wanted something on the simple side & this was perfect. Next time I'll use more parsley and a little bit of parmesan. Yum! I did cook my pasta al dente, but I think it should be softer.
