  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Bland. Used pepper jack cheese and that still wasn't enough to give it the flavor I wanted.

Great recipe. And great way to use left over rice from the Chinese take out! A little diced jalapeno added to the chilies made it perfect for our family.

This recipe is wonderful. I would double the recipe if I were you as it goes fast.

Less cheese would be just as good. I can't wait to try this with enchiladas.
