  1. Place the salmon steaks in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Drizzle with butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with the tarragon, parsley, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Very good combination of herbs for salmon. I have been looking for more recipes to use with tarragon and this one fit the bill.

it was ok. came out plain.
