Cranberry Bread Pudding

MMMMMM, so yummy! I did cut the recipe in half and had to improvise a little bit on the 'bread'. I used one that is an apple cinnamon type 'streusel' bread (not your healthiest grain choice!!). Based on using this sweeter bread and for a lack of time, I cut the sugar down a bit, and opted to leave the custard sauce off - though it sounds delightful! I used some fat free cool whip instead (truly no comparison I am sure). Excellent...love the zing of fresh cranberries paired with orange - they are a match made in heaven! This is a truly festive dish - how great at Christmas!
