Cranberry Bread Pudding

This was my first attempt at bread pudding and it was awesome. Suggestions: I used 2 loaves of Italian bread. I cut it the night before and let it get stale overnight. I had read in some other recipes this was an easy way to improve it. The other suggestion would be to really make sure all the top pieces are soaked or it will brown and get crispy in the oven. Overall it was great and I'm planning to make it for thanksgiving. By the way the entire pan was gone at the end of the evening! It fed 9 adults and two children easily.
