- Place beef in a greased roasting pan. Combine tomatoes and soup mix; pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F and meat is tender.

Wow - this was GREAT! My family loved this, even my toddler! Just be sure you cover the pan tightly, or the pan may run dry.
