  • In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs and butter. Pat three-fourths of the mixture into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish. Refrigerate.

I took this to a party yesterday afternoon and it was a hit! I used Butterfinger flavored ice cream instead, and added a second crushed candy bar to the top. Wow, did I get great reviews on this one! I just sent e-mails out with this recipe to all the friends. Here in Canada we don't have the Pecan Butter Icecream or the Butterfinger candy bars but it did just fine with a Caramel Fudge Swirl Icecream and crumbled Skor bars. I have had this dessert at family gatherings. I looked for along time to find the same recipe and now i have finally found it!!! the crust was wayyy too dry and didn't taste good sprinkled on top. the ice cream would have been better left alone, without being mixed with the pudding. it was very blah tasting overall. Read More
