The Velveeta negates the healthy choice of making brown rice. And why canned mushrooms instead of fresh? This is truly awful!

Very good and economical. I added a can of diced tomatoes with green chilies and some garlic powder. It was like a casserole.

Excellent and easy. I did add onions and galric powder for a little more flavor.

Seemed a little bland. I should have added some spices as another commenter did. Otherwise it was pretty good.

My family and I thought this was very good. It is nice to do something different with the brown rice. I did substitute the Velveeta with the low fat version of Velveeta.
