  1. In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Wow! This is terrific! I had all the fresh herbs in the garden except tarragon (used dried). Even better the next day - a little too much garlic on day one but the next day it was PERFECT!

A nice fresh tasting dip. I had basil rather than tarragon in my garden so I used that and a bit less garlic as per other reviews.

Super good and def. a make again. I would tone down the garlic though with kids or people with "intolerance" to garlic.
