  1. In a small bowl, combine the mango, pepper, chilies, onion, juice mint and ginger. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

This was really good. Definitely make it the night before because it is much better after it sits. The only change I made was to use lemon juice instead of lime because I'm allergic to limes. ...

I did not enjoy the flavor of this. We actually had quite a bit leftover because no one really cared for it. I wouldn't make again.
