Only change I made was slicing the onion thin like the red pepper and cucumbers. Recipe itself was wonderful!

I liked how pretty it was but the dressing was so strong I could hardly eat it.

This is close to one i already make . mine is 1 cup white vinegar 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon dill and ofcourse your cucumbers and onion, the water really calms the vinegar . the re...

great side dish with summer BBQ foods....my daughter (17) makes this dressing all the time and puts it over cut up cukes.....we all love this sweet, tangy summery salad
