Vegetable Shrimp Toss

  1. In a large skillet, saute shrimp and garlic in butter until shrimp turn pink; remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, saute the vegetables until heated through. Add the spaghetti and shrimp; heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Very easy and fast! I added chicken broth and chopped tomatoes which added enough moist to the meal.

Suprisingly delicious! I used 3 cloves of garlic, Japanese mix frozen vegetables and added about a tbsp of water when I was heating them. It looked like way too much butter but turned out perfec...

This was certainly quick and easy, and had a great taste. I did find it a bit dry and rather than use more butter, might add some chicken broth next time.

quick and easy, a little dry but not bad. The kids loved it.
